3rd Night [video/action for Saffron]; backdated to early morning

[Video feed opens up to some kind of ridiculous angle, as if it had been carelessly thrown aside. In the background, there seems to be some kind of mantra being repeated over and over with no sign of stopping; the voice seems to belong to Mayu.]

She left me again.

....She left me again.

[Mayu had a good grip on her pillow, as if she was attempting to strangle the poor thing. She already spent a night alone without her sister and that was already enough for her. It'll only be a short time, they said. She would've accepted that if Mio was here to stay with her...but no. They had to drag her along with them on their stupid journey and leave Mayu behind. Just what was the point of that?]

[After some time, she releases the grip on her pillow and sat quietly on bed for a good while. She seemed to have forgotten she left the camera on after she's attempt to contact Mio for the billionth time. She sits there quietly until she decided to cry into the pillow she held in her arms.]

[She flopped over the bed and continued crying until one of her pokemon decided to turn off the camera for her as she was having one of her fits.]

[Either somebody needs to talk to this girl or she needs to need to deal with being by herself]

[OOC: Action is for those who happen to meet up with Mayu later on in the day or at the Justice Farm cause she has nowhere else to go and is prone to wandering around. Replies to the video portion will be answered later on in the day too. ]]

[It's been a while since that whole fiasco and it looks like she's her calm self again. She looks a bit sullen though.]

[Time has obviously passed as she isn't a crying wreck like she was earlier. She still doesn't look any better though.]

[When the video feed comes on, May uhad stopped crying by then but not really well either.]

_{[GUESS WHO CAME UP FOR A VISIT without realizing most of the people she knows went off on an adventure? Whoops.]

[Heather took the liberty of letting herself into the house, though. It's... oddly empty.]}

[Mayu was in the Living Room when Heather walked into the house. She happened to be paying attention to the company of her Noctowl and Litwick when she heard the girl inviting herself into the house. Her eyes perked up, hoping it was the gang coming back from their attention until Heather opened her mouth. Way to get Mayu's hopes up, Heather.]

[She turned her head to the direction of the voice. She recognized that pitch.]

Mason?

[ well it's good to see she's calmed down... ]

You have your pokemon with you though, right? [ he just thinks it might be good to have someone keep her company. ] Are you feeling better?

Y-Yes... [Cue Hoho suddenly creeping behind Mayu's back, staring at the camera. Say hi to the Noctowl, Joonhae!]

I guess, I'm alright now...it's just...I'm not really used to my sister just up and leaving so suddenly.

They had to meet up with someone in Viridian or something.

I don't get why they didn't take me with them.

Maybe they didn't want to disturb you. Were you sleeping or something?

I believe I was but even if that was the case, it's unusual of my sister to just leave me like that. She would at least tell me before she left.

Oh. I'm sure she didn't mean to leave you alone.

Did someone from your world leave this place?

It's hard being away from family in a strange place... but it's good you have them with you. Do you have any friends you can stay with until your sister gets back?

[Heather turns her head at the sound of the voice. Her first thought is Mio (since they sound... identical) but Mio doesn't usually refer to her as 'Mason'. Oh... it's the other one. The creepy twin. :I]

[Still, she heads over to the living room, poking her head in and pulling off her scarf and hat as she does so.]}

[Mayu was patting the head of her Noctowl when Heather came in. Her head didn't make any note of movement when the young woman tried talking to her. Instead, she just kept staring into Hoho's big red eyes.]

Out of town, to be specific. [She turns her head.] Were you looking for someone here?

.... [She couldn't come up with anything to say to the first part. What could she say to that?]

I don't... at least not in town.

Um...do you want to talk together for a bit then? [ it's not like he has anything pressing to do. and maybe it'll feel better to keep her mind preoccupied. ]

[Still, Heather doesn't say anything. SOME KIDS ARE CREEPY. THEY CAN'T ALWAYS HELP IT.]}

Not exactly... just folks in general. _{[There's a rustle as she holds up what seems to be a bag of store-bought chocolate cookies.]} I got these to share with my roomie but then he insulted my Joltik, so I was like 'Fine I'm gonna take these to Albert's house instead'.

[Maybe Mayu will one day learn to talk to people without being all creepy or socially awkward OR maybe its maybe because she has a slight disdain for the girl cause she's apparently close with Mio.]

[Whatever her reason may be, she had to deal with it cause she's her only friend for the next few days. Great.]

I don't really have anything else to do. They took Mio with them so I don't really have anyone else to talk to around here. [Mayu let out a sigh as Hoho was staring at the bag of chocolate in Heather hands.]

This is the only place I could think of going so I guess I am "holding down the fort".

..um sure.. [Somebody actually offering to talk to Mayu? gasp]

I've been pretty good. My egg hatched not too long ago.

[Oh yeah, her baby pokemon. She kind of forgot about them.] I've acquired a bunch of eggs from a Ms. Crocker and a egg from a Ms. Lightning. The ones Ms. Crocker sent me have already hatched.

I'd like that, there are a lot of pokemon I haven't seen yet.

_{[For a second, Heather just sort of. LOOKS at Mayu.]

[Because good lord, no wonder Mio has no idea how to live it up. They're BOTH like this.]}

_{[She sets the package down on a nearby chest of drawers, because clearly this is gonna require the use of both her hands.]}

Well, for one thing, you can listen to music as loud as you want without anyone bitchin' at you to turn it down...

[Sadly, that doesn't seem to really do anything cause Mayu just stared at Heather like a confused little puppy.]

Um...ok, hold on a bit.

[Mayu struggles a bit with the Pokegear before showing Joonhae two Solosis floating beside each other.

[One of them seem to have a big bushy fox tail attached to its backside. The other had a visibly annoyed look on its face as it stared at its twin.]

Mrs. Crocker said the green one was called a Solosis and that it could read minds or something...

The other one was a Zorua who likes transforming into other objects. When she first hatched, the first thing she transformed was me.

Read minds, like a psychic type? [ it doesn't really look like any sort of animal unlike most of the pokemon he's seen. ]

She transformed into you...wow, that must have been a shock. Reminds me of those folktales about fox demons.

Yes. Ms. Crocker did mention it was a Psychic type after all.

It did too. Except she only has only tail. I think it was mentioned she was a Dark type so it makes some sense, I guess.

You can use up all the hot water in the shower without anybody getting all mad about it...

[Hoho was making squawking noises at Heather's sudden movements before Mayu had to calm him down. You're scaring the Noctowl, sheesh Heather.]

Because you need to watch SOMEONE dance and I'm shitty at it.

_{[She finally locates it by the actual television (duh) and steps back a little to turn it on with a fizzle of static.]}
